What a beauty this vine is! We have one draping over our little fence in the backyard of The Lamb’s Loom. The leaves are a small heart shape, lending to the name, Mexican Love Vine. It blooms several times a year. In the morning, ours opens with a bright yellow/orange flower that then fades into a deeper shade during the day. There are little buds on it right now getting ready to bloom! ...must have heard it's the Make-Along Flower of the Month!
Several of the butterflies and hummingbirds in the backyard enjoy sipping from the blooms, too. The Mexican Love vine certainly adds beauty to our Happy Place!
